The Crystal Bed features seven precisely cut and polished Vogel quartz crystals, each suspended above one of the seven chakras — your body's main energy centres.

Balancing Your Chakras
Each of the seven crystals sits above a specific chakra. As coloured light passes through each crystal, it cleanses, energises, and brings that centre into harmony with all the others.
What to Expect
You'll arrive, remove your shoes, and settle comfortably on the treatment table beneath the crystal frame. Soft, healing music fills the room as the crystals and coloured lights begin their gentle work above each of your energy centres.

Lie beneath spiritually charged, chakra-balancing Vogel quartz crystals that channel light and frequency into your energy centres. A deeply relaxing experience for mind, body, and spirit.

Crystal Bed Healing
30 Minutes
A shorter yet powerful crystal light session to restore balance, clarity, and energetic flow. A perfect introduction or top-up between longer sessions.
Before & After Your Session
✦ Before You Arrive
A little preparation helps you get the most from your session.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- Avoid heavy meals in the hour beforehand
- Arrive with an open heart and a clear intention
- Switch your phone to flight mode or off during the session
- Let us know of any health conditions or sensitivities
✦ After Your Session
Allow time to integrate the shift — your body will know what to do.
- Drink plenty of water over the following 24 hours
- Take a salt bath within 24 hours to support detoxification
- Rest when your body calls for it
- Journal any insights, feelings, or experiences
- Limit heavy physical activity for 24–48 hours
